Daily Yoga

Start each day with rejuvenating yoga sessions led by our experienced instructors, Lizzy Bullman and Heather Hutcheson. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our classes are suitable for all levels and are designed to help you find balance, strength, and inner peace.

Surf Lessons

Dive into the exhilarating world of surfing with three expertly guided surf lessons led by our experienced instructor, Jordan Irwin. Jordan's passion for surfing and extensive knowledge of the sport will help you feel confident and comfortable in the water as you learn to ride the waves like a pro.

Adventure Activities

Every adventure is thoughtfully curated to align with the season and the unique energy of our group. Whether it's hiking through lush trails, exploring hidden waterfalls, or embarking on a coastal excursion, our adventure activities are designed to inspire connection with nature and each other. Breathwork

We offer breathwork sessions designed to help you connect deeply with your inner self, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity. Through guided breathwork practices, you'll learn how to harness the power of your breath to manage stress, enhance your mindfulness, and improve your overall well-being. These sessions provide a transformative experience, allowing you to tap into your inner strength.

Cold Plunge

We are excited to offer unlimited cold plunges as a powerful tool for rejuvenation and resilience. Cold plunges are an invigorating practice that helps to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and enhance mental clarity. Whether you're looking to recover after a day of surfing and yoga or simply seeking a refreshing way to reset, our cold plunge sessions provide an exhilarating experience that leaves you feeling revitalized and ready to embrace each moment of the retreat.

Cuisine

Casas Kismet's in-house chef combines the local cuisine of Costa Rica with fresh, locally sourced, and mostly organic food. Our meals are delicious, healthy, and nourishing to support physical and mental well-being of each guest.

The chef can accommodate a variety of dietary options including vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, and dairy free along with food allergies. Tasty meals, that are both nutritious and wholesome, revitalize the body and are one of the highlights of your stay.

Retreat Includes three meals a day at Casas Kismet and one dinner off site at a local restaurant.

Founder & Facilitator

Lizzy Bullman

Lizzy Bullman, a dedicated yogini with over 13 years of experience in the yoga realm, is a beacon of inspiration and empowerment. With a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, her passion for inversions and arm balances ignites her practice and teaching alike. Lizzy's heart belongs to the waves, as she's perpetually obsessed with surfing, infusing the thrill of the ocean into her life. Her mission is to uplift and support women on their transformative journey, encouraging them to step into their own power and rediscover the joy of life through play and adventure. Join Lizzy in the pursuit of balance, strength, and limitless possibilities.

Co-Founder & Facilitator

Heather Hutcheson

Heather Hutcheson is a 500-hour experienced yoga teacher and a certified peer support specialist through Yoga of the 12 Steps and trauma-informed teaching. She has a deep passion for backbends, inversions, and all aspects of yoga. Heather’s journey into yoga began after finding sobriety, and it has become an integral part of her life.

Heather is committed to helping her students find empowerment through her expertise in yoga and peer support. Her dedication to fostering strength and resilience in others is deeply ingrained in her teaching philosophy.

Heather’s commitment to her students extends to her own education as she pursues training to become a yoga therapist. She firmly believes that yoga is life-saving and seeks to leverage its transformative power to support others on their healing journeys.
