Our Mission

Radiate and Ride exists to support women in stepping out of their comfort zones and into their confidence. Through movement, adventure, and connection, we create a space where women can feel seen, supported, and empowered — no matter what stage of life they’re in. Our mission is to help women feel free, inspired, and grounded in who they are, while building lasting community and experiencing the joy of pushing boundaries together.

Radiate and Ride was created for women who are ready to take time for themselves — to step out of routine, reconnect, and feel truly supported.

Whether you’re going through a life shift, feeling stuck, or simply need space to breathe, Radiate and Ride offers a chance to reset. Through daily yoga, surf, adventure, and time to reflect, you’ll build confidence, create meaningful connections, and remember what it feels like to feel free and alive in your body.

You don’t need to be experienced in yoga or surfing — just open to trying something new and showing up for yourself.

Our Offerings

Daily Yoga

Start each day with rejuvenating yoga sessions led by our experienced instructors. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our classes are suitable for all levels and are designed to help you find balance, strength, and inner peace.

Yoga offerings: Rocket (Ashtanga based), Yin, & Yinyasa

Surf Lessons

Dive into the exhilarating world of surfing with three expertly guided surf lessons led by our experienced instructor. Our instructors passion for surfing and extensive knowledge of the sport will help you feel confident and comfortable in the water as you learn to ride the waves like a pro.

Adventure Activities

Every adventure is thoughtfully curated to align with the season and the unique energy of our group. Whether it's hiking through lush trails, exploring hidden waterfalls, or embarking on a coastal excursion, our adventure activities are designed to inspire connection with nature and each other. Each retreat offers a dynamic mix of experiences, ensuring that every woman leaves feeling empowered, rejuvenated, and deeply connected.

Breathwork

We offer breathwork sessions designed to help you connect deeply with your inner self, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity. Through guided breathwork practices, you'll learn how to harness the power of your breath to manage stress, enhance your mindfulness, and improve your overall well-being. These sessions provide a transformative experience, allowing you to tap into your inner strength.

Cold Plunge

We are excited to offer unlimited cold plunges as a powerful practice that helps to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and enhance mental clarity. Whether you're looking to recover after a day of surfing and yoga or simply seeking a refreshing way to reset, our cold plunge sessions provide an exhilarating experience that leaves you feeling revitalized and ready to embrace each moment of the retreat.

Enjoy your own peaceful sanctuary during the retreat in one of our private rooms at Casas Kismet. This option is perfect for anyone who wants a little extra space and quiet to unwind, rest deeply, and recharge between our movement, surf, and adventure sessions.

It’s your space to drop in, reflect, and reset—whether you're journaling after morning yoga, rinsing off the saltwater from surf, or simply taking a breath to soak it all in.

Shared Room

For those who love the energy of connection and community, our shared rooms are a great way to stay. Each room is thoughtfully designed for comfort, with either two queen beds or two king beds, so you’ll have plenty of space to rest and recharge between yoga, surf, and adventure.

Rooms are shared with one other retreat participant, and we do our best to pair you with someone like-minded if you're coming solo.

These rooms are perfect if you’re coming with a friend or open to making a new one. Many of our guests arrive solo and leave with lifelong connections.
